Each room is planned for 2 people.
For Christmas (17 December 2011 to 3 January 2012) and Easter (7 April to 7 May 2012), plus €100 per week on the above tariffs.
For 4/5 nights : 75% of the weekly tariff.

Week end: September to June, 2/3 nights: please click here.
Tariff per night: from September to June: from October to April, 65€ per room.
During French Sschool holydays, in May, June and September, 85€ per night (+6€ per person if breakfast).
Monthly tariff: 2 months minimum from September to March. Please click here.

All our accommodation are equipped with central heating or electrical heaters, air-conditioned, direct telephone line as well as washing machine and dishwasher. All linen is provided: sheets, blankets, towels, kitchen table cloth. Bathing towels and TV (on request upon arrival). Initial household cleaning materials, washing products and toilet paper supplied.

Additional bed, sofa bed: €50. On request and free of charge, based on availability: baby furniture and bed, baby changing table.

Breakfast on Sunday or arrival on request: €6 per person.

We are pleased to offer a 15% discount for the third week. During the low season, renting for long week ends or public holidays or less than a week is possible. Long stays (minimum two months) at monthly tariffs.

Expected arrivals: 4 to 6 PM. Departures: from 8 to 10 AM. For special cases, please ask.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION?

1.- Bookings for the chosen accommodation, can be made by filling the following form or by fax or by telephone. We will give you our availabilities. A 25% deposit is requested within 7 days, in Euros. (See below different payment solutions).

Payment solutions:
- Visa and Master Cards.
- Cheque on a French bank;
- Cheque on a French subsidiary of a foreign bank as Barclays, Bank of America or Toronto Dominion Bank;
- International postal money order;
- Western Union money order;
- Cash in an international registered mail;

After receiving your deposit, we will send you a receipt with our specific conditions, and we will add our general rental conditions already summarised on this site, together with recommendations and information.

If you wish to subscribe a cancellation insurance (including third party liability and sunshine guarantee) you must do it at the time of the deposit payment. We suggest:

2.- The balance of the total rent to be paid one month before arrival. If the balance is not paid the booking will be considered cancelled and the deposit is kept by the owner.

3.- A safety deposit of 350 € will be requested upon arrival. (450 € if pets). You are responsible for any damage and must make sure that this point is covered in your insurance policy. (Third party liability). For simplicity reason, we photocopy your nominative credit card upon arrival.

4.- In case of cancellation amounts already paid are not refundable unless we are able to re-let your reserved accommodation.

5.- We will withhold an amount of 50 € (70 € for the Cezanne, the Reattu or the Van Gogh with 2 bedrooms and the Gauguin with three bedrooms), if you have chosen not to clean the accommodation before your departure. This fixed price corresponds to 3 (or 4 hours) of cleaning in addition to your own. If the cleaning needs more time, we would have to invoice on a time base. The tenants are responsible for leaving the premises and its contents in a clean tidy state. +10 € per pet.

6.- Telephone: a direct line is available in every accommodation. The number will be provided after the deposit payment. Your family, your friends will be able to call you.

7.- Swimming pool: the pool area and surroundings are enclosed and comprise 3 gates. For children’s safety, these must be closed. The swimming pool is not guarded. Children will remain under their parents responsibility.

8.- Pets : “Small or friendly pets are welcome”.
